For a solo consultant doing standard client work: Fathom. For a consultant doing any kind of research or customer discovery across multiple sessions — user interviews, stakeholder workshops, discovery calls — tl;dv's cross-meeting intelligence becomes meaningfully useful and worth the paid upgrade.
